  • Arming Profiles

    Arming Profiles allow a system’s setup and alarm responses to be changed depending on the scenario such as arm/disarmed, day/evening/night, and even emergency. Each Arming Profile can be customised and tailored to each site’s unique requirements and include triggers and actions

  • Entry/Exit

    Forming part of our Arming Profiles, Pinnacle can define entry/exit routes allowing authorised users safe entry and exit to a property. This can be activated by access control readers, exit buttons or gate fobs for ease.

  • Door Profiles

    Door Profiles enable access-controlled doors to be easily grouped and controlled through custom profiles. This gives a user the ability to change the state of any selected doors allowing greater control of access for both planned and spontaneous events.

  • Triggers & Actions

    Say goodbye to over-complicated alarm definitions. With Pinnacle, it is easy to build macros to control doors, move cameras, trigger outputs, and even control workstations. These can be used for automated events, virtual buttons, and within Arming Profiles.

  • Independent Workstations

    Each workstation within Pinnacle can be tailored to the needs of the user. For example, a security guard may require cameras to trigger audible warnings for most events, while reception staff may only need a simple notification when a guest arrives.

  • Cloud Portal

    Our Cloud Portal is what truly sets us apart. Whether you are an integrator, end-user or an FM Manager, the Pinnacle Portal supports you to manage your entire portfolio without the need for costly upgrades and extensive training.

  • Fault & Health Monitoring

    Pinnacle monitors the health of all connected systems and provides a single interface to manage faults and system performance. This can be used for operators on-site, end- users with their own SOC or even for integrators looking to offer proactive maintenance for their clients.
